Coast to Coast Radio CTT Group was a Success!

Hi Friends!
We had such a good time during the group last night. I realize that Saturday nights are difficult, but we had a huge release of negative emotions that trap and block us in our daily lives. Everyone felt lighter and joyful at the end of the session. Both Ronan and I explained as best as we could what the CTT is although it is more of an experience rather than an explanation.
