When you book a reading with me you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions: The readings provided are for guidance only. What you decide to do with the information given, including any actions you take, is your own personal responsibility and choice. All readings and questions answered should at no time be regarded as legal, medical, financial, psychological or business fact and are subject to your own interpretation and judgment. For legal reasons we have to advise you that the readings are for entertainment purposes only. My services are not a substitute for professional services and it is advised that you should seek advice from the relevant qualified expert.
I consent that I am in good physical health and of sound mind, and do not suffer from any condition that would hinder my participation in any activity at Liz Cross LLC. These Activities include, but are not limited to, Intuitive readings, CTT sessions, past-life regressions or any other services offered by Liz Cross.
I understand that my participation in all offerings held by Liz Cross, her colleagues, contractors, and/or employees are strictly for entertainment purposes. I understand any personal medical, legal, business, relationship or psychological concerns are under the care of a professional.
Any information you receive, including how you perceive this information and any actions you take, is ultimately determined by your own free will and you release any liability to sue Liz Cross LLC, its employees, or contractors.
I fully understand that this is for entertainment purposes only and it will not be construed in any other way.
My participation in all activities is confirmation that I am fully responsible for any and all risks, injuries or damages known or unknown without limitation.
I further acknowledge I am granted permission to audio record my sessions with Liz Cross LLC for personal use only. I understand that I MAY NOT share my recordings privately or publicly in any form, as to do so would violate the terms of this agreement, breach trust, and break a code of privacy. Any unauthorized use, sharing, broadcast or release, personally or publicly, in any form, of a recorded session, is strictly prohibited and would be considered an illegal act and punishable by law.
I understand that if I am more than 10 minutes late to my booked appointment, without giving Liz Cross prior notice, that I forfeit that appointment and any possibility of a refund.
